Description

India’s first Prosecco style sparkling wine. Internationally, Prosecco is taking the wine world by storm with its fruit forward and approachable style. Casablanca is the first Indian sparkling made in the same style by the celebrated Charmat method – a wine that is light, easy drinking, full of primary fruit, medium to high.

Tasting notes

The light pinkish rose color reveals its freshness and younger character. Its fruity nose is reminiscent of guava and grape fruit with floral undertones. The explosion of fruit on the entry is followed by a complex medium bodied palate carrying it through followed by a rich, soft and long finish.

Food pairing

Goes well with spicy Thai red chicken, tandoori fish, Paella and creamy Italian dishes. Pair it with aged goats milk cheese, sweet cakes or strawberries dipped in chocolate.
