Where the sparkle happens
A winery is the heart of every wine producer. It was in 2013 when we started our ambitious journey by setting up one of India’s most innovative wineries in Vinchur Wine Park, Nashik. It is specially designed for sparkling wine production. The 20,000 sq. ft. facility with a tank capacity of 1.6 million litres, is one of the single largest in the country.
The entire building is a pre-fabricated structure using sandwich PUF panels, a first in India. The machinery is primarily sourced from Italy, and the tank hall contains a range of pressure vessels designed especially for Charmat, a method of sparkling wine production. The fully automatic bottling and packaging line keeps human intervention to a minimum and ensures international standards of hygiene.
At Good Drop Wine Cellars, we are committed to produce authentic wines that are a true expression of the Nashik terroir. We leave no room for any compromise in our winemaking process, and ensure that every process measures up to the best practices and standards adopted globally and are currently in the process of acquiring the coveted FSSC-22000 certification.

If the winery is the heart, then the vineyards are the soul of every wine. It is here where the real magic begins – a philosophy that truly embodies the spirit of Good Drop Wines. Our contracted vineyards have been handpicked with special care and examination to ensure every fruit is of exceptional quality, and grown using ecologically sustainable practices. Our viticulture team is always on the move monitoring the vineyards, and invests a lot of time in knowledge sharing, and enhancing the know-how of grape growing practices adopted by our farmers.
