The Winery
Every great wine begins at a great winery. In 2013, Good Drop Wine Cellars took a significant step forward by establishing one of India’s most advanced wineries at Vinchur Wine Park in Nashik. Purpose-built for sparkling wine production, our winery combines innovative design with world-class technology to ensure precision, consistency, and exceptional quality in every bottle.
Constructed using pre-fabricated sandwich PUF panels—a first of its kind in India—the winery is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery sourced primarily from Italy. Our production facility features specialised pressure vessels designed for the Charmat Method of sparkling wine production, while a fully automated bottling and packaging line minimizes human intervention and upholds the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

If the winery is the heart of every bottle, then the vineyards are its soul. This is where every Good Drop wine begins—among carefully nurtured vines that reflect our passion for quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
Our network of contracted vineyards has been thoughtfully selected across Nashik’s renowned wine-growing region to ensure only the finest grapes make their way into our wines. Working closely with our growers, we promote responsible and sustainable viticulture practices that respect both the land and the fruit, resulting in grapes of exceptional character and quality.
Our dedicated viticulture team works alongside farmers throughout the growing season, continuously monitoring vineyard health, sharing technical expertise, and supporting best agricultural practices. This collaborative approach enables us to maintain consistent quality while strengthening long-term partnerships with the people who are at the heart of every harvest.
