Good Earth Basso

Made with hand picked Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and nurtured in the finest French oak barrels for 12 months. Basso sings with a deep, resonant voice with notes of black currant and jammy berries that give way to dark cherry and hints of vanilla and oak. Its velvety texture on the palate ends with a lasting finish
Basso complements Tandoori dishes, roast lamb and grilled meats in general. We also like it with soft, cow’s milk cheeses. Serve at 16 – 18 ℃ and allow it to breathe in the glass for several minutes. Swirl, sniff and notice the changes with every sip.
Excellent Wine and pairs perfectly with a sharp cheddar cheese.
