Good Earth Antaraa

Cabernet – Shiraz
A medium bodied wine aged in French oak for 8 months, it has earthy notes with flavours of cassis, prunes, liquorice and subtle spice. Antaraa is a well-balanced wine with fine tannins and a lingering finish.
Food pairings include milder curries, hard & soft cheeses, spicy pizzas & creamy pasta dishes. It is also recommended that the wine be chilled & should ideally be served around 15°C to make it more suitable for Indian weather conditions.
Excellent Wine and pairs perfectly with a sharp cheddar cheese.
